Inner Process Coaching provides a foundation for self discovery, self awareness, and self actualization - all derived from Inner Process. The term Coaching is used because, unlike therapy or counseling, you are the only one who can fully reach the deepest depths or your Inner Processes. Your coach works with you, teaching you the skills and encouraging your progress while you do the work. You get out of Inner Process Coaching what you put into it... your whole self. This is very powerful because it provides you the tools to heal and stay healthy by becoming your own coach.

Inner Process Coaching provides tools for people who want to learn how to work on themselves and also for people who aleady do but want to accelerate their progress. Strengthen the connection between your conscious and unconscious mind and develop healthy intuition to propel you toward your best self.

Judgment Release

A core process for this work. Judgments about ourselves, others, and our world often linger below consciousness. Tapping into resources to identify and release judgment is the first step in our healing journeys.

Mindfulness

A series of exercises are taught to help stay in the present. The exercises empower you to navigate your perceptions in healthy ways. These are conscious at first and begin to become "second nature" over time.

Technology

Natural language processing, artificial intelligence, nature scapes and more are great tools for assisting self-directed activities. Such tools allow for self-reflection and provide deep insight into one's own Process

Nature

The natural world supports us, sustains us, and reflects us. Nature is essential to mental, emotional, and spirtual balance. I integrate nature into Inner Process Coaching for this reason. We do not need to be physically together or in the woods for this to work.
